If you've placed an order, are about to place one, or have a question about your portrait, this is the right place. The fastest and most reliable way to reach a real person is by email:

What to include so we can help faster
To help us find your order and answer on the first reply, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Your order number (from your order confirmation or proof email)
- Your pet's name, so we can match your photo and portrait
- The email address you used at checkout
- What you need help with — for example: order status, a revision request, a refund question, or help uploading your photo
- If it's about the artwork, any specific notes on the likeness (eye color, markings, the look you're going for)
If you haven't received an order number yet, just tell us the name and email you used at checkout and a short description of what you ordered, and we'll track it down.

Where is my order?
After you order, we create a digital proof of your portrait for you to approve, typically within 2-4 days. Once you approve the proof, framed pieces ship within 3-5 business days (rush is available at checkout). Shipping is free, tracked, and US-only. For a status update, email support@postingcuteness.com with your order number and your pet's name. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery details.
Can I get changes made to my portrait?
Yes. You approve a digital proof before anything is printed, and you get free, unlimited revisions until the likeness is right. Reply to your proof email or write to support@postingcuteness.com with what you'd like adjusted, and include your order number and your pet's name. The revision process is described in our Terms of Service.
What if I'm not happy — can I get a refund?
Because you approve the proof before we print, most issues are solved with a free revision. If we still can't get the likeness right, you're covered by our money-back guarantee. To start a refund or return request, email support@postingcuteness.com with your order number. Refund eligibility and timing are set out in our Refund Policy.
I need help uploading or sending my pet's photo.
Uploading a photo at checkout is optional — you can send it to us afterward. If the uploader isn't working or you'd rather email your photo, write to support@postingcuteness.com with your order number and your pet's name and attach the best, clearest photo you have. We use your photo only to create your portrait; see how we handle photos in our Privacy Policy.
How is my portrait made?
Your portrait is generated by AI in your chosen style from the single pet photo you upload, then printed and shipped as a physical product through our print partners. It is not hand-painted by a human artist — we tell you this plainly so you know exactly what you're getting. A full-resolution digital file of your finished artwork is included free with every order.
How quickly will you reply?
We typically respond to support emails within 1-2 business days. If your message is time-sensitive (for example, a gift deadline), please say so in the subject line and we'll do our best to prioritize it.
