Pippin spent eight years in the same shelter. Eight. He was passed over every adoption event because younger, brighter cats were on display next to him. Whiskers & Wags found him during a transfer audit and pulled him the same day. Marisol read his bio and drove down two hours later. He sleeps in her bed now. He purrs like a small engine.
