agreement
by placing an order, subscribing, or submitting a UGC photo, you agree to these terms. we may revise them; we’ll announce material changes in the newsletter.
orders + payment
checkout is hosted by shopify. payment is processed by shopify payments. we don’t store card data.
fulfillment
apparel is print-to-order via printful. estimated shipping is advisory; actual delivery depends on the carrier. damaged-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded.
UGC submissions
by submitting, you confirm you own the photo or have explicit permission to share it. you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it on the site + social channels with credit to your handle. you can revoke that license at any time by emailing us — we’ll take down the post within 7 days.
rescue donations
the rescue collection donation is a fixed dollar amount per item sold, paid to the current featured partner. direct donations through the widget on /rescue/donate go 100% to the partner via their payment processor; we never see your card and we don’t take a fee. transparency log on /rescue is updated monthly.

we provide pet content as general guidance. for medical decisions about your animal, consult a licensed veterinarian.
